The best re-usable shopping bag, by Flip & Tumble

A few years ago (was it 5, already??), Courtney and I met up in NY with the lovely Annie from Brimful. She brought us a few of the cutest, most thoughtful gifts. One of those gifts was a re-usable Flip & Tumble bag, which she told me was simply the best re-usable shopping bag ever. I still carry that same bag with me all the time. It is indeed so good!

The great thing about the Flip & Tumble bags is that they don’t need to be meticulously folded back in a little pouch, but they can simply be stuffed it in a tiny stretchy pouch which then easily fits in a handbag or purse. The bags are super strong and lightweight (and look cool), they even have an anti-slip shoulder pad. And they are really generously sized. I can always fit in more than I think!

Fact is that plastic bags take 500 to 1000 years to decompose in landfill sites. Carrying a re-usable shopping bag with you at all times saves our environment so much! I really love these Flip & Tumble bags — we all keep one in our bag now. (They also make fun little presents, as Annie already knew 5 years ago!)
