Breastfeeding-friendly knitwear from Boob Design

As I’ve written before, I am a big fan of the Boob maternity and nursing products. Their basics are my favourite: I wear the Boob nursing bras daily as well as my merino wool nursing singlet, and I’ve even discovered the nursing sports bras, which I also love (I’m wearing one as I type, in fact).

In addition to the standard collection of great basics, Boob also has a stylish range of clothing that cleverly works for both pregnancy and breastfeeding.  So when founder Mia Seipel reached out and offered to send over a couple of their new organic cotton jumpers to keep me warm during the Australian winter months, I happily accepted. The Rib Knitted Sweater is perfect in this climate, and the breastfeeding function means that I can easily feed Wilkie without having to lift up my entire sweater to do so (I always feel a bit bad leaving my heavy knitwear hanging over his face when I breastfeed in my other jumpers). This has become one of my go-to pieces to wear around the house in the chilly mornings and evenings.

Made from 100% OEKO-TEX organic cotton and available in four different colours, this jumper and other pieces in their knitwear collection is now available as part of their new Autumn/Winter collection.

I also have the striped Francis Knitted Sweater, which again is another easy piece to wear when breastfeeding, and I like that Wilkie spends his days nestled up against soft, organic cotton instead of some of my scratchier wool options. (How cute is his sleepy little face in the photo above?!)
