Blender is a combined cafe and kids concept store that offers the perfect respite for when you’re out and about with young ones in tow. The cafe is large and spacious with ample seating and most importantly, there are plenty of toys and entertainment for the little ones. In one corner of the cafe there is a sweet wooden play gym for toddlers with a little wooden slide. There are many other wooden and plastic toys to occupy your kids while you enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack — there is even a foosball table that older children can enjoy. The menu is simple and offers a selection of drinks and snacks for you and the children.
The store is separated from the cafe with a gate, so you don’t have to worry about your little ones wandering off into the wrong area. There is a large variety of toys, clothes, home decor items and giftware for sale in the shop. There is even a hair dresser for kids tucked away in the corner that is open on Saturdays. If you’ve spent the day at the museums, Blender is less than a ten minute walk from Museumplein, so it’s good to know you’ve got this little tuck-away up your sleeve for that much needed break!
