Maison Plisson

On the Boulevard Beaumarchais, just down the road from some of our favourite shops, be it the famed Merci, the lovely children’s shop Bonton or Soeur, you will find one of my current favourite places: Maison Plisson a restaurant, bakery, and deli all in one.

The products are without exception fabulous. Mostly local, it is almost impossible to choose between the array of goat cheeses, breads and seasonal vegetables. Not to forget the lovely epicerie in the basement which stocks teas, spices, oils and last but not least, a great selection of wine. The restaurant is great too and a perfect place to start the day for a coffee and croissant. The great things is, the locals agree too – so it is a great place where tourist and Parisian mingle and enjoy their food.
