I know we say it every single time we get back from a ShopUp event, but the ShopUp in downtown Los Angeles this weekend was just so so great. We are still buzzing about now!
We absolutely loved The Springs venue and its location in downtown LA. We had never been to the downtown area before so it was amazing to discover a new area. And it is always such a great experience to meet so many people that we had only known virtually, be it fellow bloggers, shops and even customers. It was a super fun couple of days with a great crowd of lovely people walking around, chatting, shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.
Our blogger breakfast was amazing! The Springs restaurant served delicious food and juices which disappeared in minutes and everyone got to walk around and discover all the amazing shops. We’re so thankful for everyone’s support.
The breakfast was kindly sponsored by Sakura Bloom, makers of beautiful slings which are crafted of fine, all-natural fibres. The team was onsite to teach parents how to wear their slings and keep their little ones cosy and happy in them.
Seedling was on hand with all their wonderful art supplies and clever craft ideas to keep the children entertained at the event. They just launched their new Littles Collection for Toddlers, which was a big hit!
We also had Colorhouse Paint and the gorgeous Mischievous Goddess on hand to keep little ones happy in the Kid’s Activity Centre — and lovely, on-demand babysitters from Helpr to watch over the kids.
Artifact Uprising was snapping photos of families in front of The Spring’s iconic polka dot wall. They were also there to show off the prototype for their new Baby Book, coming soon!
Baby Tula had their recently released Free-to-Grow Baby Carriers on display so it was the perfect opportunity for shoppers to try them on while they parked their strollers in the stroller park.
